Good Neighbor Program The Mayor and the Town Council are proud to announce the 2nd Annual Good Neighbor Program. This program is designed to help New Market residents who because of age, medical conditions, or other reasons are unable to clear their front walk of snow or ice. The program will match up individuals who need assistance and residents who want to help and serve their community. Volunteers will help out their neighbors by clearing the front walk of those who are unable to. All who are interested in signing up for assistance or to help please call the Town Hall @ 301-865-5544.
