The Glo Fiber/Shentel fiber-optic installation throughout the Town of New Market is nearing completion. Crews are expected to make the final concrete and asphalt repairs beginning in July. The Glo Fiber Damages and Complaints (D&C) tracker is used to record all questions, comments, and complaints regarding construction activities. Residents can call 866-997-6474 or fill out a complaint form on our website (https://www.glofiber.com/construction) to create a ticket that we will track through to resolution.
