Town Council approved the application for a Rezone to the Town Residential / Commercial Mixed Use District TRC Floating Zone. The subject property contains approximately 2.7412 acres of land located on the north side of Main Street /Route 144 in the town. The subject property is comprised of two parcels of land identified within Frederick County Tax Assessment Map 0801 as parcel 3881 and parcel 3880. The property addresses are 113 and 105 West Main Street respectively. The Planning Commission is currently considering the proposed project and will make a recommendation to the Town Council prior to any action.
